Traveling by Bus to An Ancient Roman Theatre near Florence, Italy

Thursday, November 23, 2017

Today we are taking the city bus to Fiesole.  We are heading there because the town is home to the ruins of an ancient Roman Theatre, and the ruins are in amazingly good shape!

Stopping by McDonald's in Florence for breakfast before heading out

This location was incredibly slow preparing orders.  After 20+ minutes, we still did not have our complete order, so we just left.

These trash compactors are so neat, and they have a very interesting method for collection.  I had never seen anything like it before.

Amphitheater Fiesloe was incredibly neat to visit!  It was unreal getting to see something I have only read about.  I highly recommend taking the city bus from Florence to Fiesloe to see this area.  It's a short, cheap trip with great rewards.
