Today we are heading to Constanta! This town is a popular beach area on the Black Sea.
To get to Constanta from Bucharest, you will have to pay a Bridge Tax, which is a toll. Below is a flyer about the different ways to pay the toll. When we rented our car, the man really made it seem like stopping at a gas station before the bridge was the way to go. We stopped at most of the gas stations, and the line was either insanely long or their machine wasn't working. We decided to just deal with it at the bridge. Paying at the bridge is definitely the way to go. It's just like paying a toll.
Pictured below is a gas station bathroom. I found it interesting that the bathrooms were located outside of the gas station in their own building.
This road sign told if the gas stations at the exit sold the Bridge Tax.

The highway leading to Constanta was the best road I encountered in Romania.

Arriving in Constanta, we had to drive around a few times to find parking. We finally found a spot on the street. There was no cost.
Casino Constanta on the Black Beach Shore
The casino has an interesting history. It acted as a hospital during World War II. It was repaired in the late 1980's but closed in 1990. It has remained abanonded since then. I would love to see this gorgeous building renovated and reopened. It is stunning!
This building across from the casino has bathrooms.

City of Constanta
We stopped by City Park Mall in Constanta for lunch. GPS took us to this side lot in front of a lake.
We parked in front of this building.
