After hours of exploring at The Henry Ford, we are now on our way to cross the border into Canada. Our final destination is Toronto, Canada. The Canadian Border is just a few minutes outside of Detroit; then, it is another four hours to Toronto.

We flew out of Chicago O'Hare on a Sunday night on Lufthansa. We arrived the next morning in Munich, Germany. Munich has a very clean, quiet, and modern airport. Very nice. We had a little time before our connection, so we took a few minutes to explore.
Munich Airport had these neat napcabs. You pay with a card and can take a nap during your layover or before you head out to explore the city. One was being cleaned while we walked by, and it looked quite nice and clean.

Good morning from Copenhagen! Today we will be exploring some of the royal palaces in the city. Before we begin our day, though, we grabbed complimentary breakfast from the hotel restaurant. The First Hotel Copenhagen really goes all out on their breakfast. It is very good!

It's a sad day when you have to leave Iceland. Iceland is a beautiful country and my favorite out of the countries I have visited. It is just unlike any other country in the world, and the views are incredible.
Before we headed to the airport, we went to the mall for a quick meal.

Gaylord Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee is probably the most famous hotel in Nashville. The reason is it is located next to The Grand Ole Opry and formerly Opryland Theme Park. When the theme park was still around, there were many advertisements offering vacation packages to the park, Grand Ole Opry, and hotel. In the late 90s, the theme park was closed and torn down. It has since been replaced with a cookie-cutter mall. The Opryland Hotel is still an amazing hotel, though, and a wonderful place to just simply walk around for hours. There's so much to see and do.

We are heading to Cincinatti this weekend. Why? The largest antique store in the US is near Cincinatti!

This past Saturday, December 13, we had the idea to go to Bowling Green, KY. We have passed through there before to go to Flea Land (which also has an antique market) and Bright's Antique World as well as a few others.
That being said, there were a few places we had not been to before, so that was the reasoning for our trip.
Our first stop was in Smiths Grove, KY right outside of Bowling Green. It was Hidden In The Grove Antiques. It's name really says everything about its location. This is a smaller antique store but one worth visiting. They have a small upstairs section as well.
